Coaching (Worldwide)

Life coaching is available via telephone to ministers – anywhere in the world. Coaching is appropriate for those not in need of counseling (which is reparative and restorative in nature) but instead have a desire to take the next step toward being all God created them to be. Examples of coaching topics for ministers include:

• Casting vision for the future
• Establishing meaningful and supportive friendships
• Clarifying your unique calling in ministry
• Transition into new areas of ministry
• Creating a stress management plan
• Structuring boundaries for increased efficiency
• Balancing ministry and family life
• Discovering recreation as a healthy outlet
• Increasing people skills to become more intentionally relational
• Enhancing leadership skills to become a more transformative leader

Although insurance does not cover coaching services, anyone may make a tax-deductible contribution to ShepherdCare on behalf of a minister to cover his or her cost for coaching services. Other financial assistance may be available from other sources.
